Sustainable Environmental and Climate Change Association (SECCA) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization in Tanzania focused on environmental conservation, biodiversity restoration, and climate change adaptation.

Registered by the Ministry of Community Development, SECCA operates in various Tanzanian regions to facilitate environmental conservation and support government efforts on climate change. The organization primarily focuses on Tanzania's east zone (Dar-es-Salaam) and southern highlands (Mbeya, Njombe, and more).

SECCA is a non-profit entity with registration number 00NGO/00005360, operating under the 2002 NGO Act. Based in Mbeya, it aims to empower communities across urban and rural Tanzania, focusing on sustainable environmental management.
